Erica is the Head Receptionist at Wash Common Dental Practice. She has been with the team since the summer of 2020.

Previously, I worked at British Airways as a Customer Service Supervisor for nearly 10 years. I then joined the team at Nationwide Building Society, where I was a Personal Banking Manager and accrued over 15 years of experience in the banking sector.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys keeping fit and tries to swim 5000m a week. She also loves reading and travelling.

First appointment with Dr Krishan. He is brilliant, he and Sarah Jane, the dental nurse were friendly and welcomed me to the practice, this helped me to relax because I was very anxious about the appointment after a bad experience at a different practice. He explained what was going to happen and afterwards talked through the next steps. Highly recommend

I saw Dr Singh for pain in my jaw and neck due to clenching and grinding my teeth at night. I had awful headaches and ordinary night guards didn't make any improvements. Dr Singh recommended Mitchigan Splint to solve the problem and I cannot thank him enough. I've been using it for two months now and I no longer wake up with tension headaches or painful jaw.

Another great experience at Wash Common Dental Practice. Starting with the receptionists always welcoming, reassuring and helpful. Then the dentists and nurses who are supportive and professional. My latest experience was with Dr Seepaul Singh who completed a procedure to the highest standard whilst he reassured me and helped me relax as I an a very nervous patient. Plus a phone call to check up on me the next day. A wonderful dental surgery which I would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend especially if you or a child is nervous. The kind, patient and understanding service I have received is second to none. Dr Shivani Singh is just wonderful. I feel she went above and beyond really taking the time to talk with me whilst resolving my dental issue promptly. My 7yr old daughter was treated with the same gentle professionalism, and she is no longer worried about the dentist! It’s a miracle! Thank you so much to the team.

After a really awful week of previous dentist saying my tooth pain was sinus , to then going to Dr saying nothing wrong with sinus go back to dentist !!!I had a flyer through the post for Wash common dental practice. Called them and was seen within 3 hrs. Dr khalid found the issue straightaway and confirmed his findings with an X-ray. I then had the tooth removed the next day ! Dr khalid and Silvia were AMAZING. They talked me through everything they were doing and took everything slowly. The whole procedure was calm and although I was terrified they put me at ease the whole time.I cannot recommend the practice enough.Also a big shout out to the lovely receptionists who put together the appointments. 👍

I have nothing but praise for the entire team. Highly skilled dentists and hygienists that over many years seem to work pain-free miracles to preserve my own teeth for as long as possible whilst also being super capable of offering high-end implants when some teeth inevitably have to come out. And everyone is so friendly there - you feel it the moment you walk through the front door.

I have been using this surgery for years. All the staff have always been unfailingly courteous and kind and a recent extensive course of treatment has been completed with customary professionalism by Dr Khalid. I am very grateful to him and thoroughly recommend Wash Common Dental Practice.
